IN  HUMAN  NUTRITION  ALWAYS  REMEMBER  ABOUT  FEW  RULES:
Results of laboratory tests carried out in hospital wards or in health clinics have shown similarities between15 and 75 year olds. These results prove that our bodies react to food in similar way. This also shows that the only thing that matters is chemical composition of foodstuff consumed by people that perform the same functions learned over million years through a process called LIFE on our planet EARTH.

That's why in rational diet all food needs to be chosen based on NUTRITION  INDEX (NI) classification.

1. ENERGY: 
The energy comes mainly from a KR-IRL bread type. (NI = 2.6%)
I know you cannot buy it and you have to bake it yourself. Your local baker might not necessary care about YOUR health and that's why you have to make it yourself. Bake it without honey or raisins because they lead to obesity and type 2 diabetes. The original recipe can be found on our website:

2. MEAT: 
Only lean meat: beef, veal, poultry without skin and game.

3. FISH: 
Both lean and fat, but only wild fish, nothing from fish farms.

4. SEAFOOD: 
Only the wild catch without vinegar or other strange sauces.

5. FRUITS: 
Definitely, all kinds the are known to us.

6. VEGETABLES: 
All fresh, cooked, baked and fried, but fried only with few drops of oil and water as they absorb fat. Natural GLUCOSE; rice, all the cereals, fruit, vegetables. Logic of thought, progress, peace.


7. DAIRY  PRODUCTS:
Milk and all dairy produce are NOT  ALLOWED.
Cow's milk on the planet Earth is only for calves and not for human. The concentration of ingredients leads to increase in weight and additionally what you buy in the shop is full of toxins. I would not offer these products to calves out of respect for future cows especially that calf becomes a cow 12 times faster than a baby grows to an adult man.

A healthy cow fed by fresh grass in the summer and hay in the winter can only give milk that leads to obesity purely due to concentration of nutrients. Milk from supermarkets, yoghurts made with milk with powder or cheese with 45% fat and long expiration date are completely different problem. PS. Most of calcium is in smoked sardines (eg 1400 weight units), milk has only 120 units and yogurt between 120 and 170 units.

7a. EGGS: 
All eggs (chicken, quail etc.) are ALLOWED.
PS. Small chickens are fed with grass and cereal, sometimes chicken can pick a worm. That's it. The only problem for people who eat eggs is fat. This comes form hens fed by carbohydrates, bread, cakes or anything made of flour. Chicken pancreas is very similar to humans. I leave the judgement on the quality of eggs bought supermarket without any comment.

8. SAUSAGES: 
All must be excluded. A good butcher can make 100 grams of finished products from only 30 grams of real meat. Of course it will be called tasty sausage or lean ham but besides those 30 grams of meat you will also find a lot of nitrates, nitrites, phosphates and the whole palette of flavour enhancers, artificial fragrance and colorants. It is simply a scam and a big DRAMA. That's a fact because 9 out of 10 buchers do not want to show on TV how meat products are being prepared. I will not waste my words here and suggest you just skip those products.

9. FLOUR: 
Each flour type: wheat, rye and other types are made of: GLUCOSE which is unnatural and we need to rule it out. It promotes obesity and type 2 diabetes. It guarantees bloating and constipation. They are the so called HIGH carbohydrates (from 26.01% of growth).

10. SUGAR: 
Both white and brown. Exclude. Obesity, type 2 diabetes guaranteed. GLUCOSE from flour and sugar leads to irrational behaviour, frequent mood changes and nervousness.

11. DRINKS: 
Espresso or instant coffee, black, green, red tea, fresh fruit or vegetables juces are definitely approved !! Flavored teas are not allowed. Alcohol is allowed: dry, semidry, red and white wines, beer (lager) and pure vodka. 

12. FOOD  PREPARATION:
Boiling in water: yes. Steaming: yes. Baking: yes. Frying pan: yes. There is only one condition: always fry on few drops of oil and water. Spices: sea salt, pepper, died paprika. Grape seed oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, in that particular order, up to your choice and taste.

More details can be found in a book published by IRL Institute in Cracow. I have read and admired this book. It takes an important place in my life just after my first school book and before all the literature. That contributed to my PhD thesis. It is worth to have this book at hand.

FINAL  SUMMARY:
You just do not argue with a professor of this class and magnitude. This professor is our NATURE form planet EARTH and all you have to do is start listening.

BREAD  TYPE  KR-IRL,  THE  BASIS  IS  ENERGY  (ANTI DIABETIC).

For this particular set of ingredients (cereals, rice), add the dry weight: 150 grams of WHEAT BRAN and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Bran then absorb much water, which is supplemented by pouring about 0.5 liters of boiled water.  

WITH  LARGE  TABLE-SPOON  WE  TAKE  MIXED  MASS - CEREALS  WITH  RICE  AND
BRAN:
With that volume we FORM bread so called thin mini breads (pressed with fingers). We put on baking paper, which previously We cover the surface of the baking-pan. BAKE in oven (250oC temperature for about 50-60 minutes), that is until they get so called browning.

IMPORTANT:
Any additives such as honey, raisins, IMPOSSIBLE! These additions promotes obesity and type 2 diabetes.

I help my doctor and I adjusted those exchangers to the tables with so-called LOW carbohydrates. Those are carbohydrates which raise the sugar level in blood in allowed categories, such as banana NI=20%, BREAD type KR IRL; NI=2.6%, cereal, rice, grapes NI=12% and others classified by so-called NUTRITIONAL INDEX, i.e. NI of the product.

I  HAVE  OBTAINED  EXPLICIT  STABILIZATION  OF  THE  SUGAR  LEVEL  IN  BLOOD  AFTER  CONSUMING:
100 gram of brown bread, unfortunately, raises sugar level in blood by about 40%, or high. 400 gram of boiled potatoes raises sugar level in blood by about 20%, or low. Rice by about 18% and banana by about 20%.
Bread made of wheat and rye raises sugar level in blood by about 74%, it is like a pure glucose, real HORROR !!
These examples clearly show how great are the differences of raising the sugar level in blood after consuming carbohydrates NOT  LISTED in the CE tables.

Why do people NOT  KNOW about this, get tired and are unable to control blood sugar level?!

PEOPLE  WHO  WILL  RELY  SOLELY  ON  THE  RECALCULATING  OF  CE:
I.e. carbohydrate exchangers, and in their nutrition will take into account only QUANTITY, not considering quality, I repeat QUALITY! of those CE leads them to ignorance of how blood sugar level is raising after consuming particular products, these RAGING  SUGAR will stay with them always for ever,  with known consequences.

IT  IS  NECCESARY  TO  ADJUST  SUGAR  LEVEL  TO  A  L OW  LEVEL  AFTER  CONSUMPTION:
To the so-called stable level. Then our doctor will have easier task. DOGS,  CATS,  HORSES,  JUST  LIKE  PEOPLE  SHOULD  EAT  A  PROPER  DIET  FOR  MAMMALS: *****
They have pancreas and all the other organs, just like people. For the love of animals, let's feed them in a biologically appropriate manner. Thus, the proper animal diet should be based on the KR-IRL type bread!! It is based on the crucial scientific discovery (medicine, biology) of the year 2008/11, which concerns both human and animal diet.

BREAD.  MODEL recipe for the KR-IRL type bread (mini-loaves).

Cook millet-GROATS __400g and white RICE also __400 g with 2.5 l water in one pot (volume 4.0 l) for about 15 min.

SPICES:
Unrefined salt, pepper, caraway seeds, other herbs to your liking. When cooked, leave covered for about 5-10 min.

COOKED  GROATS  AND  RICE  (800 g)  ABSORB:
All the water added (2.5 l), so the mixture is coherent and may be formed into mini-loaves. Add 150 g WHEAT BRAN to the prepared ingredients (groats and rice) and stir thoroughly with a spoon. The bran will absorb plenty water, so fill it up by adding about 0.5 l boiled water.

SCOOP  THE  MIXTURE  OF  GROATS,  RICE  AND  BRAN  WITH  A  TABLESPOON:
FORM a thin mini-loaf from each spoonful with your fingers. Place the loaves on a baking tin lined with parchment paper. Bake the loaves in the oven (at 480 degrees F) for about 50-60 min. or until they become golden brown.

ATTENTION:
All extras, such as honey or raisins are OUT OF QUESTION! They cause obesity and type 2 diabetes.
